Refund Policy
Simple, customer-first refunds.
100% refund, always (with one timing rule)
We want you at camp because you actually want to be there. If your plans change, you're entitled to a full 100% refund as long as you cancel at least 30 days before your camp start date.
How refunds are processed
Refunds are issued back to the original payment method used at checkout. Once we process your refund, it can take up to 14 days for the funds to appear in your bank account, depending on your bank and card issuer.
Inside the 30-day window
If you need to cancel within 30 days of your camp start date, your ticket is fully transferable to any future session that has availability. Just reach out and we'll move you over.
How to request a refund or transfer
Email mathew.vetten@gmail.com with your ticket number and the session date. We'll confirm and process it within 2 business days.
